    Room with a pool surprise

    Waking up to our private pool was an unexpected luxury. The staff were charming and handled our requests with care.

    The food didn't impress. Often lukewarm and bland, it didn't match the hotel's promise of luxury dining. It definitely needed improvement to meet our expectations.
